1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kurdinz at kurdinz.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Kurdinz is an AI-powered platform that generates mobile application source code (React Native / Expo) from natural language descriptions. The Service includes app generation, live preview, code editing, and project management features.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Credits and Billing
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free accounts receive a limited number of monthly credits. Paid plans offer additional credits and features. Credits reset each month on the date of first purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Code Ownership
You own the source code generated by Kurdinz for your projects. You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the generated code without restriction. Kurdinz does not claim any intellectual property rights over code generated for you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service to generate malicious software, malware, or code intended to harm others; attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or security measures; share your account credentials with others; use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; or overload the Service with automated requests beyond normal usage.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The code generated by our AI is provided “as is.” While we strive for high quality, AI-generated code may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or errors. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before deploying it to production environments.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kurdinz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
