We use this information to authenticate your account, generate and host app builds, process credit usage, diagnose failures, improve generation quality, respond to support requests, and protect the platform against abuse, fraud, and security threats.
3. Generated Content and Uploads
Prompts, generated files, schemas, media uploads, and published project content are stored so your app can be built, previewed, repaired, published, exported, and restored later. You remain responsible for the content you upload or ask Kurdinz to generate.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with service providers that help us operate Kurdinz, such as hosting, storage, error monitoring, email delivery, and AI providers used to process generation requests, or when required by law.
5. Retention
We keep account, project, and generation data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Certain audit and security records may be retained longer where necessary.
6. Your Rights
You can request an export of your account data or deletion of your account through the available account endpoints or by contacting support. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, including authenticated access controls, encrypted transport, audit logging, and abuse protections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
